Tik8 develops the apps described above.

Everything in this section is created by you, inside the app:
- List content

- Email address, phone number, password.
2.3 Technical data
When the app talks to our server, the usual technical information involved in any internet connection is processed.
3. How we use your data
We process the data above only to:
- Keep a shared list in sync.
4. Legal bases
Under the GDPR, our legal bases are:
- Performance of a contract.
5. Who else sees your data
We do not sell data and we do not share it for advertising.
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Shared lists are kept while they are shared.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR, the Turkish KVKK and similar laws you have the right to:
- Ask what data of yours we hold.

8. Children
The apps are not directed at children under 13.
9. International transfers
Our servers may be located outside your country.
10. This website
tik8.app does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.
11. Security
Traffic between the app and our server is encrypted in transit.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top.
